Q: Where can I get tickets?
A: All of our shows are either ticketed through Tickets.com or Ticketmaster. Please refer to the "tickets" section of the site for more information.

Q: How many people does the venue hold?
A: Infinity's capacity varies depending on the style of the show, as well as how we arrange the furniture inside. Some shows may be more populated than others, howevever it is our goal to make it as enjoyable an experience as possible.

Q: Is this a seated venue?
A: No. Infinity is a general admission venue. However, there is some seating available at a first come, first serve basis.

Q: Is Infinity an all ages venue?
A: Infinity is an all ages venue that abides by the policy of 16+ admitted without supervision, and -16 admitted with supervision of someone who is 21+.

Q: Are cameras or tape recorders allowed?
A: The venue really does not have a policy on this. We go on a show by show basis depending on the artist's wishes and his management's policy. Your best option would be to call the venue a few days before the show to check on this.

Q: What time does my show start or end?
A: We generally do not know in advance when a show will begin or end. Door times are posted for each show; the starting time for each show is generally (but not always) 30 to 60 minutes afterwards. The ending time varies by show; you should check with security or the box office on the way in for information.

Q: Is there enough parking at the venue?
A: Absolutely. Parking is always free in our three huge, well-lit parking lots.

Q: Is there food at the venue?
A: Generally our kitchen is open during events, serving bar foods such as french fries, pizza, and nachos.
